1. DEFINITIONS
"The Seller" means Headley Brothers Ltd. "Products" means the goods which the seller is to supply in accordance with these conditions.

2. GENERAL
When you place an order to purchase a product from headleysofashford.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This offer is accepted when we send you an e-mail confirmation that the product has been despatched to you. Any products ordered at the same time which we do not confirm in the email do not form part of that contract.

3. PRICE
(A) Unless otherwise stated the Contract amount price stated is in Pounds.
(£) Sterling and payment is required in the same currency.
(B) The seller reserves the right to increase its current rates.

4. DISPATCH
We do not guarantee dispatch times. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

5. GUARANTEE
The Seller shall not be responsible for any loss whether direct or indirect or any consequential loss whether direct or indirect whatsoever occasioned as a result of the delay or failure of Goods to be delivered.

6. RETURNS
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge - we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

7. CUSTOMS
When ordering from Headleysofashford.co.uk for overseas delivery, you may be subject to duties or taxes for importation. All customs charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

8. ALTERATIONS
We reserve the right to make changes to our conditions of use and our website at any time.
